Sign in and open Your account → Orders: each order shows its status, and you will be emailed when it is dispatched.
How do I get trade or NHS pricing?+
Create an account and choose Trade or NHS. We review it, then your pricing applies automatically on every product.
Can I get a quotation?+
Yes — add items to your quotation list and send it; we reply with a written quote.
How do I return something?+
Sign in, find the order under Your account and reply to its confirmation email with what you would like to return.
