Our shop and our records run on UstadPro, an online business system. UstadPro looks after this information on our behalf, as our data processor, under a written contract: it may only use it to provide its service to us, and it uses carefully chosen suppliers of its own (such as data centres and email delivery services) to do so.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and the addresses you give us for billing and delivery. For a trade account, your company name and VAT number.
Your orders, quotes, invoices, payments and returns, and the messages you send us.
If we deliver to you ourselves: the delivery record — who signed for it, the signature and a photo of where it was left.
Reviews you write, and requests to be told when an item is back in stock.
Whether you want our marketing emails.
Technical details such as your IP address and browser, and the cookies described in our Cookie notice.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or keep your full card number.

Why we use it

To take, deliver and support your orders and run your account — needed for our contract with you.
To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
To prevent fraud, keep the shop secure and improve it — our legitimate interests.
To send you offers and news, only if you have said yes — you can withdraw that at any time with the link in every email or from your account.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to take card payments.
The courier delivering your order, with your name, delivery address and phone number.
UstadPro and its suppliers, who run the shop and our records for us.
Our email platform, if you have signed up to our marketing emails.
Our accountants and professional advisers, and the authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell your information. Where a supplier stores information outside the UK, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or the UK's approved contract clauses.

How long we keep it

Orders, invoices and payments: six years after the end of the financial year they belong to, as HMRC requires.
Your account: while it is open. When you close it we remove your details, except what we must keep for those records.
Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable form, and you can object to our using it. From your account you can download your data or delete your account yourself. Otherwise, email us at accounts@mediplushealthcare.co.uk, call us on 0203 432 0262 or write to us at 77 Greenfield Road Central London E1 1EJ United Kingdom. We reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab) or 0303 123 1113.
