Sorbsan Flat Dressing Sorbsan Flat is a non-woven calcium alginate dressing. When applied to the wound, Sorbsan forms a gel which can be washed away from the wound with normal saline for pain free dressing removal. Suitable for use on moderate to heavily exuding wounds. Indications: Sorbsan Flat Dressing is used for management of moderately or heavily exuding wounds. May be used to help manage wounds with minor bleeding. Precautions: Do not use in individuals with a known sensitivity to any of the components of the dressing.
